The prices on the website are what you will be charged, though delivery is extra. If the Post Office delivers to the delivery address you have provided then we will be able to send the chocolates to you.
We will send your product using a 48 hour service unless you choose the express, next day delivery service which require a signature.
Our deliveries, like, any other business may be subject to delays if there are unusual weather events, but we will let you know if this might happen as soon as we know.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
You can cancel your order up to 7 days after you receive you order from us, we will refund you the cost of the goods that you have paid for and the cost of returning them to us within 30 days if not sooner.
If the goods have been custom made for you, or you are buying on behalf of a business then the cancellation conditions will be different and will be explained to you when ordering.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Terms of Service
This agreement starts on the date of your order. Payment for our goods will be deemed acceptance of these terms.

We will provide you with the goods that you have purchased.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and other taxes and are for retail customers.
Purchase for Resale, Research, Evaluation, Copying and other similar use.
Any person or business buying our products for resale, research, commercial evaluation (range or market review and similar) and not for consumption in the normal course of use, must contact us first and sign a terms and conditions that will be specific to the use. Failure to so will incur our standard minimum order charge equal to which is 1000 units of any product.
Payment is due at the time of order.
