Treat Bag Ruby with Raspberry & Pistachios

Our ‘ Limited Edition’ Handmade chocolate – Ruby the NEW fourth type of chocolate next to milk, dark and white, made from the ruby cocoa bean. No flavour, colour, or berries are added as this is the natural result of fermenting the ruby cocoa.
Melted ruby chocolate is sprinkled with whole pistachios and freeze dried raspberry crumb.
Freeze dried Fruits: the rapid freezing process of fresh fruit just after picking preserves the ‘just picked’ taste and aroma when eaten – with nothing added!
