Our ‘ Limited Edition’ Handmade chocolate – Ruby the NEW fourth type of chocolate next to milk, dark and white, made from the ruby cocoa bean. No flavour, colour, or berries are added as this is the natural result of fermenting the ruby cocoa.
Melted ruby chocolate is sprinkled with whole raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and cranberries .

Flavour Notes: an intense bouquet and smooth berry fruitiness and a crunch, sour aftertaste … but surprisingly morish!
