The Chocolatier will show you how to make delicious Truffles using the traditional methods of the Artisan Chocolatier so that you can ensure that your own chocolates have the distinctive appearance and flavour of high quality chocolate.
With the expert guidance of the Chocolatier you will make and wrap between 20 and 30 delicious handmade chocolates.
At the end of the course you will be given a Certificate, 10% Discount Card, and Recipes, and be able to take your truffles home to show your friends and family your new skills as a “Chocolatier in Training”!

Age is no barrier to attending a chocolate making course, but we do ask for a minimum age of 14.
There is no space on the course for non-paying guests such as young children or babies in the room, but there are many places in Cambridge to keep them busy and entertained.
